My philosophy is that true health is built through intentional movement, effective massage therapy, and proper nutrition.
My approach is inspired by Japanese wellness traditions and focuses on restoring balance from the inside out.
I strongly believe in educating my clients with the tools and knowledge they need to understand their bodies and conditions, empowering them to take ownership of their health.
