FREE Sunday community yoga

Join us on Sundays at 7:30 am at Ramsgate Beach, by the water, for a free yoga class.

Be part of the community and meet like-minded people. All levels and all ages are welcome — don’t let age, injury, or shyness stop you from joining us. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

We all start somewhere, myself included. This is an opportunity for everyone to discover yoga, and it’s my way of giving back to the community. Through this class, many people have discovered yoga for the first time, improved their health and mobility, deepened their connection to their bodies and breath, and — most importantly — met new people and become part of the community.
